Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs
Welcome to our FAQ section. Here you’ll find clear answers to common questions about our coaching programs, kinesiology sessions, pricing, and what to expect along the way. And if you’d like more personal guidance, we’re always here to help.
Kinesiology
What does a Kinesiology session involve?
Each kinesiology session is a gentle, supportive experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.
We begin with a relaxed, heart-centred conversation about what you’d like support with - this may be physical discomfort, emotional stress, mental overwhelm or simply feeling “out of balance.”
Using muscle testing (a light pressure applied to the arm), we access the body’s biofeedback system to identify stress patterns, imbalances or energy blockages that may be affecting your wellbeing.
Depending on what your body shows, we may use:
- Acupressure points to release blocked energy
- Emotional stress release techniques
- Gentle corrections such as light touch, affirmations, or energy balancing
- Guidance around rest, nutrition and lifestyle patterns that support healing
Every session is unique. Your body guides the process, and no two balances are ever the same. Most people leave feeling lighter, calmer and more aligned, with clarity on their next steps.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies from person to person. Some clients feel a noticeable shift after one session, while others benefit from ongoing support to create deeper change. Together we will create a plan that feels aligned with your goals and your healing journey.
Is kinesiology suitable for children?
Yes, kinesiology is safe, gentle and supportive for children and teens. It can help with:
- School or exam stress
- Confidence and emotional regulation
- Sleep difficulties
- Adjusting to change (friendships, new school, family transitions)
Sessions for children are kept light, playful and age-appropriate. Parents are welcome to stay in the room during the session.
I have a teenager, should I book a child session or adult session for them?
If your teen is 15 or under, book a Child Session.
If they are 16 or older, book an Adult (First or Regular) Session.
This is based on session length and how comfortably teens can engage for the full duration. Older teens typically participate directly and enjoy the session experience.
What is the difference between the conscious and subconscious mind?
Conscious Mind:
Your conscious mind includes everything you’re aware of right now; your thoughts, focus and immediate awareness. It processes only a small amount of information at once.
Subconscious Mind:
Your subconscious mind works quietly behind the scenes. It stores memories, habits, emotions and beliefs and influences how you think, feel and respond, even when you’re not consciously aware of it.
Kinesiology helps access these deeper layers so healing and change can occur with more ease.

Can I continue my fitness coaching after my 6 week package?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to continue your fitness coaching beyond your initial 6 week package.
Many women choose to progress into another 6 week round to maintain momentum, deepen their results or adjust the level of support they receive.
You can select any of the available package options each time depending on what best fits your needs and schedule at that stage of your journey:
The Starter Package ~ 1 session per week
The Empower Series ~ 2 sessions per week, or
The Devotion Experience ~ 3 sessions per week.
This flexible approach allows you to grow at your own pace, increasing or decreasing your session frequency as life and goals evolve.
